Biography

Biography

Dr. Adwait Khare is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the College of Business at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). He received his Ph.D degree in marketing from University of Pittsburgh, USA, in 2003 and joined UTA later in 2010. His work has appeared in the Journal of Clinical Psychology, Journal of Academic Librarianship, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, Marketing Letters, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, and peer-reviewed papers. Dr. Khare serves on the editorial review board of the Journal of Consumer Marketing and has served as a reviewer for a number of journals and conferences including the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, European Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Asia-Pacific Business, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Economic Psychology, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Journal of Retailing,Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Psychology & Marketing, Social Influence, The Service Industries Journal, Asia-Pacific Association for Consumer Research Conference, Association for Consumer Research Conference, AMA Summer Marketing Educators’ Conference, AMA Winter Marketing Educators’ Conferences. At UTA, Dr. Khare primarily teaches Marketing at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
