  • 2014: Honor Student Project: Ngozi Iliondor :Perceived Stress and Coping in Nurse Managers Enrolled in the the Academic Partnership Nurse Administration Program

    This study is a quantitative, descriptive research study, looking at students in the online Academic Partnership graduate nurse administration program at the University of Texas at Arlington.The two groups included: those with work experience as a nurse manager and those without any experience as a nurse manager. We  compared  the difference in the perceived stress and coping strategies between graduate students who are nurse managers and those who are aspiring to be. 2014.
