Educating future leaders and ensuring they are prepared for the challenges and opportunities they’ll face when reaching for professional and personal goals. Directing an Academy of high performing students and staff. Developing and refining, a curriculum focused on guiding/mentoring 130 students through identifying and fostering leader strengths.

Led the leadership development program for a multi-disciplined undergraduate student organization. Improved departmental assessments/analysis, designed/developed course curriculum, taught courses in leadership, management, organizational theory, operations management, ethics, planning, and logistics. Provided oversight and mentored seven Assistant Professors and four civilians; within specified teaching guidelines, revised/implemented the course curriculum and lesson plans to ensure our 150 students and graduates were fully prepared academically, mentally and physically to meet the challenges of military service upon graduation.

• Effectively and efficiently, led for over 23 years in aviation operations (organizational planning, maintenance, unmanned aerial systems, etc.). • Responsible for the training and development of leaders and systems where integration included over 900 personnel and resources in excess of $900Mil, which included the management of time, talent, and supply chain. Consistently led organizations to meet or exceed the Army Operational Readiness rate for the AH-64 A/D Apache by 18%. • Led in complex and diverse environments that required creative and critical thinking to successful lead and complete critical tasks, objectives, and plans in teams, small and large organizations during 5 deployments and over 7 major training events in aviation and infantry units that included Puerto Rico, Bosnia, Albania, Kuwait, and Iraq. Retired with over 28 years of enlisted and officer experience in the Army Reserves, Army National Guard (Florida), and Active Component. • Served and contributed to the success of Engineering, Field Artillery, Logistics, Infantry, Aviation, National Security, and Combatant Command organizations. • Mentored and instructed leaders in information systems, professional development, airspace management, resource administration, and organizational policy.
