Biography

Biography

Logan L. Watts, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he directs the Psychology of Ethics, Leadership, Innovation/Creativity, and Narratives (PELICAN) Lab. He has published over 50 scholarly papers in outlets such as Journal of Applied Psychology, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Business Ethics. He also coauthored the book, Ethics Training for Managers: Best Practices and Techniques. Dr. Watts serves as an Associate Editor for Creativity Research Journal and is a member of the SIOP Committee for the Advancement of Professional Ethics.
