M. Wayne Brittingham Shape Wayne Brittingham has over 30 years’ experience in telecommunications, technology, retail, and services industries. He is the former head of Global Human Resources for Hewitt Consulting Group. His past responsibilities include managing Talent Initiatives, Diversity Initiatives, Compensation, Learning and Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Change Management for this profitable segment of Hewitt. Reporting to Wayne were over 100 employees managed through seven direct reports with the following titles and geography: Director of Human Resources Asia Pacific Region Human Resources Director European Region Human Resources Manager Latin America Region Human Resources Director North America Director of Human Resource Operations Global Talent Leader Global Compensation Leader Prior to his role as Global HR Leader, Wayne Brittingham was the Engagement and Practice Leader for the Talent and Organization Consulting Group in Hewitt Associates Dallas office. He consulted with clients on a wide range of issues related to Human Resource Effectiveness, Corporate Restructuring and Change, Executive Compensation, Leadership, Broad Based Compensation, Talent and Diversity. Prior to Hewitt, Wayne was employed by Office Depot as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Business Services Group. He also worked for Nokia as the North American Head of Sourcing and Retention and Workforce Development representing 5.4 billion dollars in revenue. In addition, Wayne was appointed as a member of the Global Functional Steering Group that oversaw all strategic recruitment and workforce activities worldwide for all four Nokia regions. This appointment was made by the worldwide Human Resources Senior Vice President of Nokia. Wayne also sits on the board of directors for the League of Black Women, a foundation that has provided successful, strategic and sustaining leadership experiences for women of color since 1970. Governor George W. Bush, then president elect, appointed Wayne to a six year term as a Texas State Commissioner. Wayne served on the Board of Judicial Review regulating the conduct of the State Judiciary from Justice of the Peace to Supreme Court Justices. His responsibilities as a committee member included recommendations for retirement, censure, suspension or removal of a judge from office. He also served on the Tarrant County Workforce Development Board and was a member of the Southern Methodist University Business School Advisory Board. He has lectured for major universities like University of Dallas, Voorhees and Texas Christian University. Wayne Brittingham is a graduate of the New York Military Academy, Johnson and Wales University School of Business, and received his MBA in International Management and Human Resources, from the University of Dallas. Wayne is a member of Sigma Iota Epsilon graduate management honorary fraternity.
