      1988-89 Schweitzer vs. UT Tyler Health Center - Analyzed UT Tyler Health Sciences Center employee data and provided expert testimony in U.S. District Court for The University of Texas System, Office of the General Counsel, and the Attorney General of the State of Texas re Title VII discrimination and the statistical impact of discipline and discharge policies and procedures.
      1987 New Mexico and others vs. U.S. Department of Justice - Reviewed quality control sampling used by the Federal Food and Nutrition service for food stamp allocation as an associate of Klemm Analysis Group, Washington D. C.
      1983-87 Hazel Roy vs. UT Tyler Health Center - Analyzed UT Tyler Health Sciences Center payroll and personnel data and provided expert testimony for The University of Texas System, Office of the General Counsel, and the Attorney General of the State of Texas, for a Title VII class action equal pay suit originally for $3,000,000 in claims.  Developed formulas for distributing damages of $500,000.  
      1983-89 Evaluated National Electronic Injury Surveillance System sample design and testified as expert witness regarding estimates of national injury for consumer product liability suits re premature release of roll on closures for beverage bottles on behalf of plaintiffs represented by Richard Roth, Brownsville, Texas.
      1982 Duke vs. UT El Paso, Hansen vs. UT El Paso - Analyzed UT El Paso payroll and personnel data and prepared expert testimony for the University of Texas System, Office of the General Counsel, and the Attorney General of the State of Texas re Title VII.  Claims of $500,000 were settled for $100,000.
      1981 Guice vs. Fortenberry - Reviewed statistical testimony for U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals as a friend of the court.
      1981 Estrada vs. City of Eagle Pass - Testified as expert witness in U.S. District Court, Del Rio, Texas on behalf of Estrada who was reinstated with full pay and damages, represented by Texas Rural Land Act.
      1976 Green vs. Texas - Reviewed statistical testimony for the defense in appeal of Texas Tech University.  Ruling for Texas Tech was upheld by U.S. Fifth Circuit Court.
