      Consultant and expert witness (Dallas, TX, United States)
      Attorney General's Office State of Texas
      Inclusive Communities Project vs. Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, et al – Reviewed statistical methods used and data analyzed by the opposing expert and submitted written testimony on behalf of the state of Texas regarding the degree to which low income housing tax credit units are located in non-white areas. Testified in U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division August 2011. An appeal of this case was head by the United States Supreme Court January 2015. The case was returned to Dallas federal court that ruled for the state of Texas in August 2016.
