I am a senior HR & OD leader, talent strategist, coach, consultant, and Ph.D. candidate. I have extensive experience in all facets of business operations, including corporate communications, human resources, and organizational development. My experience includes business development, performance assessment and improvement, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, talent management, strategic planning, and talent sourcing, development, engagement, and retention. My career includes senior-level roles in operations, corporate communications, human resources, and organizational development/effectiveness. I am completing a Ph.D. dissertation now, which examines the effects of decision-making congruence, trust, and decision-making inclusion within leader-follower relationships. I have also studied educational leadership at the doctoral level, have a Master of Science in management, and a Bachelor of Arts in management and finance. In addition to teaching organizational behavior and HR strategy at UTA, I also work as a senior talent consultant.
