      • KINE 5320-001 ADVANCED PHYSIOLOGY OF EXERCISE

The goal of this course is to provide students information regarding the integrative physiological response to exercise. We will discuss the mechanisms of control in healthy individuals and how these mechanisms are impaired in various scenarios as well as in “at risk” and diseased populations. The student will also gain experience in the process of critically understanding and digesting various issues related to the control of physiological systems during exercise. Lastly, the student will gain experience in presenting research topics to an audience.
