Owen Parker is an assistant professor in the Department of Management at the College of Business at University of Texas at Arlington. His research focuses on how the reputations of firms influence their strategic decisions. His work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of Management, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, the Frontiers of Entrepreneurship Research, and the Best Paper Proceedings of the Academy of Management. In addition, his work has been presented at the annual meetings of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society, the Oxford University Reputation Symposium, as well as the Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference.
