    • Sept 2015 to May 2016 Blended Learning Professional Learning Committee (2015-2016)

Description: Blended Learning is typically understood to be learning in which part of the face to face instruction is replaced by online learning. It goes by many other names – hybrid courses, mixed mode learning – but the idea is the digital technology replaces or enhances some face-to-face time. That’s nice, but what does that mean? Why would I want to move anything online? What should I move online? How do I do it? This PLC explores Blended Learning, focusing on questions of course design and available digital tools for creating engaging learning opportunities. Coordinated by Nakia Pope and facilitated by the LINK Lab in Digital Teaching and Learning and the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence.
