Biography

Currently, Lead Teacher for N4351 Leadership and Management and Lead Teacher for N4350 Transition to Professional Nursing (Capstone). In this role, course manager for a team of 8 faculty, organize and facilitate scheduling for lectures, testing, and classroom activities. Collaborate with team to develop dynamic classroom discussions involving topics including ethics, advocacy, delegation, and communication, among other relevant topics. Develop and analyze multiple choice tests for

Leadership and Management. Clinical Instructor for Leadership and Management, as well as Capstone. Professional communication with hospital educators to pair students with Department Managers for clinical experience. Capstone involves students being paired with a nurse preceptor to complete 96 clinical hours.

I am also Lead Teacher for N4455 Nursing Leadership and Management for the online RN-BSN nursing program. In this role I am responsible for course development, lecture development and recording, assignment organization, overseeing faculty for each section, professional collaboration with Academic Partnership, and communication with students.
