Biography

Biography

Professor Marshall teaches in the area of public opinion and campaigns and elections. He received his B.A. from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. He has published four books and numerous articles, and has served as a campaign consultant, legislative aide, and statistical consultant.
